Terms & Conditions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

To register and use the too388 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis for as long as your account remains active:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another party).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. too388 enforces strict age verification in accordance with internationally recognized responsible gaming standards.
3. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited under local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or family member of an employee of too388 or any of its associated software providers, unless explicit written authorization has been obtained.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the too388 platform or from any other gaming platform operated by too388's parent or affiliated entities.
6. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the too388 platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, same identity documents, same device, or same payment method — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When completing the registration form, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. too388 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. too388 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

too388 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA is optional, it provides a significant additional layer of security and is strongly encouraged for all Members, particularly those with substantial Wallet balances.

All Wallet transactions on the too388 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). too388 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to the Member's Wallet upon confirmation of successful transfer from the Member's bank or e-wallet. Standard processing times are as follows: bank transfers within 1–5 minutes during WIB business hours; e-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) typically within 1–3 minutes. too388 imposes no platform fee on standard deposits. Third-party bank or e-wallet fees, if any, are borne by the Member.

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in the Member's verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members are processed within the following target timeframes: bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) within 5 minutes; e-wallet withdrawals within 3 minutes. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction and per day is subject to the Member's current VIP tier. Please refer to the VIP program schedule for applicable limits.
• Withdrawals will only be processed after KYC verification has been successfully completed on the account.
• too388 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal at its sole discretion, particularly for large or unusual transactions.

too388 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, referral bonuses, VIP loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian holidays such as Idul Fitri, Imlek (Chinese New Year), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotional page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

1. Bonus Funds may only be used after the Member's Real Money Funds balance has been reduced to zero, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
2. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's terms page.
3. Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%–20%, and sports bets contribute 100% (subject to minimum odds conditions). Game contribution rates are published separately and are subject to change.
4. Bonus Funds expire if the associated wagering requirement is not met within the time limit specified in the promotion's terms, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit.
5. too388 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and to disqualify Members from promotions where abuse, collusion, or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities is detected.
6. A Member may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Attempting to claim the same welcome bonus more than once (e.g., via a duplicate account) constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.

All bets and wagers placed on too388 are final once confirmed by the platform. Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, including stake amounts, odds, and market selections, before confirming any wager. too388 will not reverse confirmed bets on the basis of Member error.

In the event of a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game outcome data — including but not limited to software malfunctions, data feed errors, or human error in odds compilation — too388 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Member's Wallet. This right applies regardless of whether the error was identified before or after settlement.

The too388 sportsbook covers a comprehensive range of markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, badminton majors (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile). Market availability, minimum and maximum stake limits, and cash-out eligibility vary by event and are subject to change at too388's discretion.

Casino games, live dealer tables, online bingo, and roulette are governed by the rules of the respective games as published by the software providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, and Joker Gaming). In the event of a conflict between the game rules published by the software provider and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory requirement for all Members before any withdrawal request can be processed. too388 implements KYC procedures in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards.

To complete KYC verification, Members are required to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driver's license). The document must be current and not expired.
• Proof of Age: Confirmed via the identity document above. Members must be aged 21 or over.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used to deposit funds (e.g., BCA or OVO account confirmation screen showing the account holder's name).
• Proof of Address (where requested): A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the preceding 90 days confirming the Member's residential address.

too388 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation during standard WIB business hours. Incomplete submissions will delay processing. too388 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage and to place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

too388 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. too388 strongly encourages all Members to set personal limits and to seek assistance if they feel that gambling is negatively affecting their finances, relationships, or wellbeing.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set and adjusted at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure automatic session duration reminders to be notified after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may apply a temporary pause on their account ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Members wishing to permanently exclude themselves from the too388 platform may submit a self-exclusion request via the account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusions are irreversible for the duration of the elected period, which ranges from 6 months to permanent.

All content on the too388 platform — including but not limited to the too388 brand name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software code, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of too388 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content without prior written consent from too388.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any Platform software.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content or design.
• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or other non-human interaction methods to access or interact with the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of too388's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability. too388 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in such circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, too388 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service interruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or game return-to-player (RTP) percentages.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, too388's total aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to the Platform in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

too388 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or use of automated betting systems.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of time as requested by too388.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months. Members will be notified by email prior to any inactivity-related closure.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from the Member's bank or payment provider.

Upon account closure, too388 will return any verified Real Money Funds remaining in the Member's Wallet to the original payment method used for deposits, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the deduction of any bonuses or fraudulently obtained funds. Accounts closed for breach of these Terms may result in permanent forfeiture of all balances.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 WIB business days.

too388 operates as an international online gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming laws and the laws of the jurisdiction in which too388 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

too388 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, too388 will provide reasonable notice to Members via the email address registered on the account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to arrange the closure of your account and the return of any verified Real Money Funds balance.

The version number and effective date at the top of this document indicate the most current version of these Terms. Previous versions are available on request by contacting support.
